What We Do

 

At Sunshine Play Care our main objective is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for children while their parents are busy taking care of life.

 

The main goal is to offer planned programs that the children may have a creative, active, learning and fun experience. By focusing on sensory development through experimenting with various materials, children will learn to develop skills that are fundamental for a healthy life. Throughout their day each child will build confidence, be rewarded by achievement, learn friendship, self discipline, cooperation, sharing and taking turns.

 

Each child will participate in kid’s crafts, reading time, learning to count, the alphabet, their colors and other important skills to assist them through their life. There will be play time, singing, dancing, creative and messy play. Circle time will be for developing relationships with others through sharing, working together and cooperation.

 

Outdoor adventures will be included on a weekly basis as in going for walks, playing at a local playground, treasure hunts and outside games. There will be a daily rest period so as to reenergize for the rest of the day.

 

Young children are our next generation to grow and build up our communities – social skills begin at home so by creating a positive atmosphere in a home with limited individuals it will allow for personal attention to each child and help them along with their day to a healthy and happier future.

  • Singing gives children tools of verbal communication plus teaches children how to listen, how to enjoy listening and how to think while listening
